A digital media marketing specialist from Los Angeles, CA, Katrina has spent her last 7 years in San Diego attending the University of California – San Diego, graduating and then working in the senior living/healthcare industry as a digital media marketing specialist. She specializes in website coding and management, social media marketing, and PPC advertising.  She has been involved with NAAAP San Diego for over 5+ years serving the roles of Director of Marketing, Secretary, and Vice President.

 Anh Trang
Chief Financial Officer 
Anh Trang is the Program Manager and Chair of Women in NAAAP (WIN!) for the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) – San Diego. She is responsible for creating and promoting events to bring together and empower Asian American female professionals within the association as well as the community. She graduated from the San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business (with an emphasis in Marketing and Spanish) and later with an MBA in Information Decision Systems. She is a “rare” San Diego Native  and is current a Contracts Strategy and Management Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Director of Women in NAAAP

Erica is the Co-Director of Women in NAAAP (WiN!).   Her goals for WiN! are to empower, support, and engage Asian American women to succeed as leaders professionally and personally.  Together with Anh Trang, Erica plans and executes monthly dinners and speaker events, with a primary focus on women NAAAP members.  Erica obtained her Sociology B.A. from UCLA and she recently received her J.D. from California Western School of Law and is now preparing to take the bar exam in July. She is also involved with Pacific Arts Movement, Korean American Bar Association – San Diego, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, and the CWSL Women’s Law Caucus.

Phoebe Ho
Director of Marketing

Phoebe Ho hails from Vancouver, Canada and moved to California in October 2010. Phoebe is the Director of Marketing for NAAAP San Diego. She handles the monthly newsletter, website content, and social media updates, among other initiatives to promote NAAAP San Diego among targeted demographics. She is also involved with the planning of community service events, networking mixers, and annual galas.Phoebe holds a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from the University of British Columbia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems(GIS) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Ever since Phoebe spent a study-abroad year in Europe, she has been fascinated with visiting small towns and unusual attractions. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring SoCal, trying new recipes, and camping.

Phoebe is currently working as a Market Planning GIS Analyst at Petco Animal Supplies where she is responsible for site analysis and sales forecasting of potential new and relocation opportunities in the United States and Mexico. Before moving to San Diego, Phoebe worked in several industries including urban planning, environmental consulting, military, geospatial, and remote sensing.

Frank Lai
IT Program Director
Frank Lai is the IT Program Director for the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) – San Diego. He is responsible for updating and maintaining NAAAP San Diego’s website and facilitating efficient communication between board members through use of the latest web-based tools and technology.  Frank graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  He grew up in New Jersey and moved to San Diego in 2008.  He currently works as an Electrical Engineer for Nordson Asymtek.
