Members of the Finance Committee manage the finances for NAAAP San Diego, assists other committees with their budget planning, and makes recommendations to both the President and the board of directors.
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for Budgeting/Forecasting - Create Annual/Quarterly Financial Reports - Balance the General Ledger and Bank Account Reconcilliation - Prepare tax/audit documentation - File Non-profit Tax Return (990-N) to IRS

The Membership committee manages the relationships with all members of NAAAP San Diego. The goals of this committee include: recruiting new members, increasing current membership benefits, and promoting diversity within the organization. The committee is also responsible for communicating pertinent information to the general membership, obtaining membership feedback on events, and handling any membership inquiries.
Primary responsibilities:
- Recruit & retain members - Create and manage Membership Database/Forms - Manage member benefits by working with other committees, officers, and directors - Keeping in touch with members through direct email/phone/sms

The Professional Development committee coordinates seminars, educational workshops, speaking engagements, and gathers resources to help NAAAP members further their leadership and personal skills that are necessary to meet their professional and individual goals.
Primary responsibilities:
- Generate professional development ideas - Venue selection and on-site management - Contact, select, and maintain director of speakers for workshops/seminars/panels/courses - Coordinate with sponsors and/or other community organizations - Communicate event information to other committees

Promotes various NAAAP San Diego events and raise awareness within the community about its mission and what it can provide.
Primary responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials for events - Publish/send out invitations and news to members/community - Design, maintain, and order NAAAP San Diego merchandise (i.e. T-shirts, fliers, etc.) as needed - Create monthly newsletter for NAAAP San Diego members - In charge of all Social Networking (Facebook/Myspace/Linkedin) Groups

The Corporate Relations Committee builds and cultivate long-term relationships with current and prospective corporate sponsors. The committee seeks to develop partnerships as sources of financial support, business contacts, and career opportunities.

- Manage Corporate Database and Contact Information
- Initiate and locate new Corporate Contacts

Primary responsibilities:
- Acquire and retain relationships with community organizations, student organizations, and college campus career centers
- Manage Database and Contact Information of Community Organizations, Student Organizations, and College campus career centers
- Hold meetings with Community/Student Organizations' leadership
- Attend and/or participate at community/student organizations' events to show support
- Promote NAAAP San Diego events to Community Organization's members, Student Organization's members, and/or University Students

NAAAP-SD uses technology to make its mission productive in serving Asian American professionals in the community. The committee provide features to facilitate users in navigating our website and finding the necessary resources. Updating and maintaining current features to keep information up-to-date.
Primary responsibilities:
- Maintain and Create Websites/Domains/Hosting - Responsible for all Electronic Tools including Email/Teleconference/Backoffice - Responsible for Databases Management and Back-ups - Responsible for Timely Updates to NAAAP Library and NAAAP San Diego Webportal - Oversees the creation and utilization of multi-media materials
